How do I add a profile?
Go to Settings > Profiles > Add Profile. Choose whether it’s a person, a pet, or a vehicle, enter name and age, and select the relevant categories.
How do I add a supply to track?
Go to a profile’s detail page and tap ”Add product”. Search among hundreds of products or create your own. Enter the quantity, package size, and how long a package lasts.
How do reminders work?
HELGA automatically calculates when a product is running low based on your usage rate. You’ll receive a notification well before it’s time to reorder.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings > Language and choose from 31 available languages. The app switches languages immediately.
How do I add equipment?
Go to the Supplies tab and tap the equipment button. Choose from suggested items or create your own. Equipment can also be linked to activities.
How does the activities checklist work?
Go to the Supplies tab and tap the activities button. Create activities (e.g. football, swimming) and add equipment needed per activity. HELGA suggests common equipment based on the activity type.
How do I buy HELGA Plus?
Go to Settings > HELGA Plus. HELGA Plus is a one-time purchase – $2.99. Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my data?
All data is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings > Delete All Data to remove everything. Please note this cannot be undone.
Does the app send my data to a server?
No. All data is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on any server. See our privacy policy for more details.
