Citra Ekonomi (”we”, ”us”, ”our”) operates the Helga mobile application (”the Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Summary

Helga is designed with your privacy in mind. All your data is stored locally on your device – including any receipt photos you take in the equipment section. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on any external servers.

2. Information We Collect

Data stored locally on your device:

Profile names and age groups that you create
Diagnoses and care categories you select
Supplies and products you track
Appointments and visits you register
App settings (language, theme, notification preferences)
Packlists and checklists

This data never leaves your device. It is stored using WatermelonDB and AsyncStorage, which are local database technologies.

Photos (stored locally)
You can optionally take or choose receipt photos for equipment in the app. These photos are stored solely on your device and are never sent to any servers.

Data we do NOT collect:

Names, email addresses, or contact details
Health data or medical information
Location data
Browsing history
Device information (beyond what is noted below)

3. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store / Google Play
When you download the app, Apple or Google may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have access to this information.

RevenueCat (subscription management)
If you switch to Helga Plus, we use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

An anonymous user ID
Purchase history (via App Store / Google Play)
Device type and operating system

RevenueCat does not share personal information with us. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/ for more information.

Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app uses your device’s local notification system. No data is sent to external servers.

Sponsored Content
Helga may display sponsored products from partners. No user data, profile information, or usage data is shared with sponsors. Sponsored content is delivered as static data within the app and does not involve any external tracking or data collection.

4. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device’s built-in security (PIN code, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We recommend that you:

Use a screen lock code on your device
Keep your operating system updated
Make regular backups of your device

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by:

Going to Settings > Delete All Data in the app, or
Uninstalling the app from your device

All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Children’s Privacy

Helga does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app can be used to track supplies for children, but all data is stored locally on the parent’s/guardian’s device and is not transmitted to any servers.

7. GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation)

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect personal data, data protection risks are minimized. You always have full control over your data and can delete it at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access: All your data is accessible directly in the app
Rectification: You can edit all data directly in the app
Erasure: You can delete all data via Settings or by uninstalling the app
Data portability: Contact us if you need a copy of your data
Objection: Since we do not process personal data on servers, there is no server-based processing to object to

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We recommend that you review this policy regularly.
